What we offer:

A tailored diagnostic to assess your venture's strengths and areas for growth. Together, we'll develop a strategic plan to guide your journey through the programme, with clear goals and milestones.

Access to a robust pipeline of funding sources, with opportunities to secure up to £100,000 in investment through our in-house facility.

Programme Phases:

Phase 1 (August to October): Onboarding and Strategic Planning

- Participate in monthly cohort presentations and receive tailored venture-building support.
- Begin with a detailed diagnostic that identifies your venture's strengths and areas for growth.
- Develop a strategic plan outlining your venture's goals for the programme and beyond.

Phase 2 (November to March): Intensive Support and Expert Consulting

- Engage in consulting assignments to hone your venture's strategies in preparation for investment opportunities.
- Receive support on market integration and prepare for the next stage of your venture's growth.

Phase 3 (March 2025): Funding Connections and Future Pathways

- Attend the “Meet the Funder/Investor” event, where you'll have the opportunity to connect with potential investors.
- Transition opportunities into The Ventures Lab, where you could receive continued support and access to funding opportunities to further scale your venture.
